Talentime~~~

A few hours ago, I was impressed by a funny commercial in Malaysia, and I thought it was made in Malaysia, but unfortunately, it was Thailand...Anyway, I searched it on Youtube and found out there was a good director, who named Yasmin Ahmad...This woman died last year, and only that time, I heard her name...Therefore, I searched for her directed film, and one of them is Talentime...

Talentime was made in Malaysia (of course...) and the story is really interest...An Indian guy, who are deaf and dumb, falled in love with a Mix-blood Muslim girl...However, in Malaysia, if we marry a muslim, we are "forced" to be a muslim...As a result, most Chinese and Indian in Malaysia won't choose Malay as their wives or girlfriends...However, this Indian guy didnt mind of this matter, he kept on connecting with the muslim girl...After a while, his mother found out and scolded him...His sister was supported him...

From this film, I feel that Malaysians are pathetic...Falling in love with Malay/Muslim is same as betraying your religion...Because of this rule, we are always saying that married a muslim is betraying your own race...From this aspect, you can see that Malaysians are pathetic...I can only choose our own race or Indian or other races instead of Malay...It doesnt make sense at all...

Anyway, I dint mean that I falled in love with Malay or Muslim, but I strongly disagree that marriage = changing religion...Let's say, one day, I fall in love with Muslim girl, but I dont want to betray my God, so between the girl and God, for sure, I will choose God, but the problem is there...How about the girl?

PS: This is the fact...Unchangable fact...I repeat, I am not interest in Muslim girl...
